How to make a sage, peppermint and lemon tea
Ingredients:
– Dried sage leaves 10g (or fresh leaves 40g)
– Dried peppermint leaves 10g (or fresh leaves 40g)
– Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
– Rock sugar 2 table spoons (or honey 1 table spoon)
– Water 2 cups
Directions:
– Put sage, peppermint leaves and water into a pot
– Bring to a boil, immediately turn off the heat and remove the pot from the stove
– Add lemon juice and rock sugar
– Cover the pot and leave for 20 minutes, then strain
– Drink 1 cup, twice a day
