Ingredients:
– Ginseng (人参) 30g
– Antler velvet (鹿茸) 10g
– Rock sugar (冰糖) 50g
– Alcohol 35%-85% (白酒, Spirit, Vodka, Arak, Gin, or Rum) 1500ml
Directions:
– Put the above ingredients in a container, tighten the cap
– Leave it for 60 days
– Drink 20-50ml before going to bed, once a day
– To shorten the process, you may make the ingredients into a fine powder, and shake the container daily. Then you can drink it after 30 days.
– You may refill the container with new alcohol after having finished off. The second tincture is less strong than the first one, but still has the effects.
Antler velvet, ginseng and rock sugar can be found in a Chinese herbal store in a Chinatown.
