Antler Velvet Tincture (鹿茸酒) is a Chinese tonic that is used to stimulate libido in men and women, and treat impotence, premature ejaculation, low sex drive, enuresis, spermatorrhea? infertility and other symptoms.
This formula is said to tonify kidneys and promote Yang. It treats men’s weakness, blood and sperm deficiency, impotence, back and leg pains, coldness, enuresis, spermatorrhea, dizziness, hearing loss, stunted growth of children, women’s uterine cold infertility, vaginal bleeding and discharge, and other symptoms of weakness of coldness.
Here is the formula:
Ingredients:
– Antler velvet (鹿茸) 10g
– Dioscorea opposita (怀山药) 30g
– Alcohol 35%-85% (白酒, Spirit, Vodka, Arak, Gin, or Rum) 500ml
Directions:
– Put the above ingredients in a glass container, tighten the cap
– Leave it for 30 days
– Drink 15-30ml, twice a day
– You may refill the container with new alcohol after having finished off, and refill until the tincture becomes tasteless
To shorten the process to 15 days, you may:
– Make the ingredients into a fine powder
– Place the container in the sun or close to a heat outlet (not a fire or stove, because it can cause an accident if too hot)
– Shake the container daily
