– Chili pepper (hot cayenne pepper) 10g
– Water 1 cup
– Boil and simmer the pepper in water for 5-10 minutes
– Let it cool to lukewarm
– Apply it to the affected area
Home Remedy 2 – Ginger decoction for frostbite
– Fresh ginger (cut into small pieces) 3-4 slices
– Water 1 cup
– Boil and simmer ginger in water for 5-10 minutes
– Let it cool to lukewarm
– Apply it to the affected area
If frostbites are on your feet or hands, you can pour the decoction into a tub, bucket, or sink, add some warm water, test the temperature with your finger to make sure it is not too hot, then place your feet or hands into the warm water for 10-15 minutes. Do this foot bath or hand bath every night before going to bed.
Home Remedy 3 – Chili pepper and vodka for frostbite
– Chili pepper 10g
– Vodka (or other spirits) 60ml
– Soak the pepper in the spirit for 7 days
– Rub the liquid to the affected area
– Twice a day for a week
Home Remedy 4 – Ginger for frostbite
– Cut a fresh ginger in half
– Place cut side face down on the affected area
– Rub and gently massage it for 2-3 minutes
– Twice a day for a week
