It is said that uterine bleeding (vaginal bleeding) and nose bleeding (nasal bleeding) can be treated with pig’s feet and black wood ear fungus.
Pig’s feet and black wood ear soup is a Chinese folk remedy and food therapy for treating bleedings. Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
– Pig’s feet 2 (cut into 2-inch cubes)
– Dried black wood ear fungus 5g
– Salt 1/2 teaspoon (according to the taste)
Directions:
– Put pig’s feet in a pot, cover with cold water
– Bring to a boil, then immediately rinse pig’s feet under cold running water to remove the unpleasant taste
– Rinse the dried black wood ear fungus in warm water for 30 minutes
– Put pig’s feet back in the pot, with black wood ear fungus, salt, and add cold water to cover by about 1/2 inch
– Bring water to a boil again, then simmer for 2-3 hours or until tender
– Consume a bowl, once a day
Both pig’s feet and dried black wood ear fungus can be found in a Chinese or East Asian food market. You can ask the butcher to cut the pig’s feet into pieces.
Please note, uterine bleeding or nose bleeding may be caused by a severe disease and you should check with your doctor first. Only when there is no or no better treatment from mainstream medicine, then you may consider an alternative treatment. Also, you should always consult your doctor before taking any remedies.
