– Asafoetida (Hing)
– Vacha (Acorus calamus)
– Long pepper (Pippali, Piper longum)
– Ginger (Srngavera)
– Ajwain (ajowan, carom seeds, Trachyspermum ammi)
– Haritaki (Harad)
– Chitrak (Plumbago zeylanica)
– Kush (Cannabis indica)
Directions:
– Take 3g of agnimukh churna powder with warm water
– Twice a day
