Cumin warms and stimulates kidney and liver, generates and leads a warming flow down to the lower body. So if you are suffering from cold-related pains, such as lumbago, testicular pain, hernia, enuresis or dysmenorrhea, cumin can warm up the cold area in the lower body, and relieve the pains.

You may have a question: How to detect the pain is cold-related? Well, here are two methods:

Method 1: Drink or eat something warm. If you can feel less pain after taken warm water, wine, or hot spicy food, then this is a cold-related pain;

Method 2: Keep warm. If you feel less pain while staying in a warm room, or wearing warm clothes or putting a warm pad on the painful area, then this is a cold-related pain.
