– Seeds of winter melon 50g (crushed)

– Make a decoction, drink twice a day.
Formula 2 – winter melon and lotus leaf for lung heat cough with yellow phlegm:
– Fresh winter melon 500g
– Fresh lotus leaf 1
– Boil them to make a soup, and add salt. Take it twice a day.
Formula 3 – winter melon and azuki bean for edema
– Winter melon 1000g
– Azuki bean (small red bean) 100g
– Boil them to make a soup, take it twice a day.
Formula 4 – winter melon and fish for high blood pressure, liver fire hyperactivity, headache and vertigo
– Water melon 500g
– Head of grass carp (a freshwater fish) 250g
– Boil and simmer for 4 hours, then add salt. Take the soup twice a day.
