Ingredients:
– 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh chives
– 3-4 eggs
– 1/4 teaspoon of salt
– 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
Preparation:
– Put the chopped chives eggs and salt in a bowl
– Mix them well with chopsticks or a fork, beat until combined
– Place a pan on a stove and heat it to hot
– Add the cooking oil to the pan
– When the oil smokes, pour the mixture into the pan
– Fry until cooked
Recipe 2: Chive and Cheese Baked Potatoes
Ingredients:
– 4 large potatoes
– 1 tablespoon of cheese
– 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh chives
Preparation:
– Cut the potatoes into large pieces
– Preheat the oven to 400°F
– Bake potatoes on the center rack for 30 minutes or until tender
– Top the potatoes with cheese and chives
– Serve
How to make a chive decoction
Recipe: Chives and Ginger Tea
Ingredients:
– 1 teaspoon of dried ginger powder (or a tablespoon of minced fresh ginger)
– 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh chives
– 1 cup of water
Preparation:
– Boil and simmer them for 5 minutes
– Strain
– Drink it warm, twice a day
– This remedy is good for stuffy nose, sinus congestion, headache and cold
