Fringe tree is hepatic, cholagogue, anti-bilious, diuretic, febrifuge, laxative, carminative, stomachic, anti-bacterial and antiseptic. Fringe tree infusion for liver and gallbladder disorders:
– Dried fringe tree powder 1 teaspoon
– Boiling water 1 cup
– Steep for 20 minutes
– Drink it, 3 times a day

Fringe tree poultice for wounds and skin inflammations:
– Take some dried fringe tree powder
– Mix it with water to make a poultice
– Apply it to the affected area
– This remedy is used by native Americans to treat skin sores and wounds
